The Art Motel has 3 apartments and studios available for artist residencies.

Apartment 10 - One bedroom apartment with an adjoining studio 20 sq mts. Suitable for single artist or a couple - one queens size bed. $500 per week

Apartment 5 - Two bedroom apartment with studio 40 sq mt. Suitable for two artists or an artist/couple with a family. - One room with queen size bed and a second room with 2 singles and a bunk bed. $750 per week - Available from July 2026

Apartment 6 - Two bedroom apartment with studio 40 sq mt. Suitable for two artists/couples sharing the apartment & studio. One room with queen size bed and a second room with one queen bed and 1 single bed. $750 per week - Available from July 2026

All artist residences are one week minimum with no limit on the amount of weeks if available. Weeks start on Mondays at 2.00pm

This opportunity is open to all artists and is not selected on a curatorial basis. This opportunity is also open to writers.

Artists who would like to be considered for a solo exhibition are invited to submit 5–10 images of current work, along with a CV, bio, and exhibition proposal.
